Is your mind getting in the way of where you want to go?
You know that you want things to change, but in some way you still end up in the same place.
You might be repeating behaviours that do not help you; overthinking, questioning yourself, holding back, or responding in ways you want to change.
Perhaps you have beliefs about yourself that keep you from feeling capable. You want to bring about change, even though fear, self-doubt, or uncertainty always get in the way.
Maybe you are at a crossroads, facing a tough choice, beginning a new phase of your life, or simply feeling that it's time to change your ways.
If you see yourself in this, then NLP coaching could be suitable for you.
How I can help
The first session is a chance to slow down, talk about what brings you here and clarify on what you would like to work on.
We will explore your current situation, what you would like to change and what you hope to achieve.
I will explain how I work and may introduce some NLP coaching exercises or questions to help you gain a different perspective from the very first session.
There is no need to have everything figured out beforehand.
Through practical NLP techniques and coaching, I can help you:
• Identify and eliminate repetitive patterns.
• Find and question beliefs that hold you back.
• Build confidence and self-awareness.
• Find out exactly what you genuinely desire.
• Look at the situations from a different point of view.
• Establish worthwhile objectives and make a clear plan for the future.
• Find new ways to deal with difficult situations.
What is NLP coaching?
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) examines the relationship between how we think, communicate (with ourselves and others), and act.
NLP coaching uses this approach to help you step back and observe how you think, communicate, and react to situations.
We identify patterns causing you to be stuck, examine beliefs that no longer serve you, and explore new perspectives and possibilities.
What this can look like in practice
Consider the example of one of my former colleagues, who was kind enough to be coached by me when I was doing my NLP certification a few years ago. He felt stuck in his career and knew he wanted a promotion, but he stayed silent whenever an opportunity arose, questioning whether he actually deserved it.
During the sessions, we identified a belief he had since his childhood – that 'to put yourself forward is to be arrogant' – and we worked on helping him to change it.
In just a few weeks, he managed to have the talk with his manager he had delayed for over a year and said he felt 'as if I was finally speaking as myself, not around myself.'
You do not need to know exactly what changes are needed before you begin.
Sometimes it is enough to realize you do not want to continue as things are.
My role is not to provide answers but to help you explore what blocks your progress, reconnect with your capabilities, and find new ways to move forward.
An NLP coaching session will help you to
Gain clarity about what you want
Challenge limiting beliefs
Build confidence and self-awareness
Make decisions with greater confidence
Identify and change unhelpful patterns
Move forward with clear, practical steps

FAQ coaching/NLP session
-
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It explores the relationship between how we think, communicate, and behave.
NLP can help you become more aware of thought patterns, beliefs, and habits influencing how you experience yourself and the world.
-
NLP can be useful when you want to change patterns that no longer serve you, develop self-awareness, or approach a situation differently.
It can be particularly helpful for areas such as confidence, communication, motivation, decision-making, limiting beliefs and navigating periods of change.
-
I use NLP as one tool within my wider approach. Depending on your needs, we may explore how you perceive a situation, identify patterns holding you back, and experiment with different ways of thinking or responding.
I don’t follow a rigid method. I adapt the techniques to you and what you would like to work on.
-
NLP is not a medical or psychological therapy. I use it as a complementary coaching and personal development approach alongside sophrology and my person-centred way of working.
It is not intended to replace medical or psychological treatment.
-
Not at all.
You may have a situation you want to change or feel ready to understand yourself better and act differently.
NLP can be used for personal development as well as for working towards specific goals.
-
They are different approaches, but they can complement each other.
Sophrology focuses on the connection between body and mind, using breathing, relaxation, movement, awareness, and visualisation.
NLP focuses more on patterns of thinking, communication, beliefs and behavior.
Depending on what you need, we may use one approach or combine elements of both.
-
NLP is generally used as a personal development and coaching approach. However, it is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
If you are experiencing significant psychological difficulties or have a mental health condition, it is important to seek appropriate professional support.
-
Yes. NLP coaching works very well online. Because the sessions are based primarily on conversation, reflection and practical exercises, there is no need to be in the same physical space.
Online sessions offer the same personalised support and can be easily integrated into your everyday life
-
There is no set number of sessions. It depends on what you would like to work on and the support you are looking for. We can review your progress together and decide what feels right for you.

It can help you explore how you think about yourself, the beliefs you hold, and internal patterns that affect your confidence.
The aim is not simply to “think positively”, but to develop a different and more constructive relationship with yourself and your abilities.
-
Yes. When we go through significant change, we can sometimes feel uncertain about who we are, what we want, or which direction to take.NLP can provide tools to explore your thoughts, clarify what matters to you, and consider new perspectives.
-
No. Every session is personalised. I choose tools and approaches based on what feels relevant and useful for you instead of applying the same techniques to everyone.
