Sophrologist specialized in stress & burn out in Oxfordshire
Find your way back to yourself
Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or perhaps just not yourself anymore?
Life can sometimes become overwhelming.
You might always be thinking, acting, and making arrangements but have little time or opportunity for yourself.
You might be under a lot of stress or emotionally exhausted.
You could be at a junction, having trouble deciding what you want or what is to come.
Or you might feel you've lost contact with yourself along the way.
You don't need to keep pushing.
You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.
You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.

A space to pause, breathe and reconnect
I provide a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and begin to understand your needs.
I help you build a stronger connection with yourself, manage stress and feelings of overwhelm, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.
I take a gentle, holistic, and individualised approach because there is no single solution for all.
Together, we look at what is happening to you and explore ways to help you feel more settled, confident, and at ease.
You don't need to have all the answers.
The first step is often just realising that a change is needed.
You might want to feel more relaxed.
To get better sleep and switch off from constant thoughts.
To get your confidence back after a tough time.
To understand yourself better. To prevent burnout.
Or just to feel like yourself again.
No matter what brought you here, you don't have to go through it alone.
For a moment, take care of yourself and start where you are.
They’ve experienced working with me
Hi, I'm Pascaline.
I'm a Life Coach & Sophrologist based in Oxfordshire, specialising in stress and burnout. Originally from France, my life has taken many turns, personally and professionally.
Starting over, adapting to change, and finding my footing after difficult periods have taught me a lot about resilience and how I can support clients through similar moments.
Helping others has always been at the very core of who I am. For many years, that's meant working in the charity sector, and it still does today. Alongside that, I help clients recovering from or approaching burnout reconnect with calm, clarity and their own resources, through sophrology, a mind-body practice combining breathing, relaxation and visualisation.
I firmly believe we can evolve at any point in our lives, and that the only limits we really have are the ones we place on ourselves.
My role isn't to have the answers. It's to walk alongside you while you rediscover yours, and to support you as you take your next steps with more calm and clarity.
